Evaluations for developmental disorders and delays may include evaluations for intellectual difficulties, possible autism spectrum disorder, and/or other delays in cognitive development.  Such evaluations may also include measurement of academic achievement in reading, written expression, and mathematics as needed (for example, if the patient is in school).

A comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation in such cases will help to determine:

  • Whether any significant delays are present

  • How severe such delays may be

  • What other neurocognitive areas may be impacting such delays

  • What other neurocognitive areas may be impacted by such delays

  • What interventions and/or accommodations may be implemented to improve functioning at home, school, work, etc.

All services are provided directly by Dr. Sutton.
